Manifest Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AMPLIO SUPPLY CHAIN INC. d/b/a Amplio ("Amplio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Manifest mobile application (the "App"), including the iOS and Android versions of the App, and the related services, APIs, and storage systems that support it.
This Privacy Policy is intended to apply to the Manifest mobile app across both iOS, Android and web, so that a single policy can be used across all three platforms.
- Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
A. Account and identity information
When you sign in to the App, we may collect and process information such as your name, your email address, authentication and account identifiers, and information needed to keep you signed in securely.
B. Auction, lot, and workflow content
Because Manifest is a cataloguing tool, we may collect and process information you create or upload in the App, including auction records, lot records, titles, descriptions, notes, and other free-form text, auction location details such as address, city, state, postal code, country, and time zone, image titles and related metadata, and AI-generated descriptions or other generated workflow outputs.
C. Photos, images, and related media
If you use the camera or photo library features, we may collect and process photos you capture in the App, photos you select from your device's photo library, image files stored temporarily or persistently on your device for offline use, retry handling, and caching, and copies of uploaded images stored on Amplio-managed or vendor-managed cloud infrastructure.
D. Microphone and transcription data
If you use dictation or speech-to-text features, we may collect and process microphone audio that you choose to record or stream for transcription, and transcripts generated from that audio.
E. Usage, diagnostics, and analytics information
To operate, secure, and improve the App, we may automatically collect information such as device, operating system, app version, and build information, screen views, navigation paths, touches, interactions, and feature usage, crash reports, exception data, console logs, and diagnostics, performance and network telemetry, and session replay or similar product analytics information used for debugging, support, quality assurance, and product improvement.
F. Local device storage
To support authentication and offline-first workflows, the App may store data locally on your device, including authentication tokens and session state in secure device storage, locally cached auction and lot data, locally cached images and pending uploads, and limited app preferences and operational state.
- How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to authenticate users and provide access to the App, create, display, edit, sync, export, and delete auction and lot records, capture, upload, store, cache, and display images, provide dictation, transcription, and AI-assisted description features, synchronize data between the device and Amplio systems, troubleshoot problems, monitor performance, and fix bugs, understand App usage and improve product quality, reliability, and workflows, protect the security and integrity of the App and our systems, and comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational obligations.
- Device Permissions and Why We Request Them
Depending on your device and how you use the App, Manifest may request access to the following:
Camera
We request camera access so you can photograph auctions, lots, and related inventory in the App.
Photos / Media Library / Files
We request access to your photo library or media files so you can select existing images for upload, save photos taken in the App back to your device's library when available, and manage images used in cataloguing workflows.
Microphone
We request microphone access so you can use dictation or speech-to-text functionality.
Local Storage and Caching
We store certain data locally on your device to support secure sign-in, offline work, image caching, and upload retry behavior.
We do not request camera, microphone, or media permissions for advertising purposes.
- How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service providers and infrastructure vendors
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the App and related services, such as providers that support authentication and account management, analytics, diagnostics, and product monitoring, transcription or speech-to-text services, hosting, cloud storage, networking, and backend infrastructure, and security, maintenance, and technical operations.
Within Amplio services
We may share information across Amplio-operated systems and services as needed to provide the App and related workflow features.
Legal and business purposes
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or regulatory request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, personnel, or property, investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business.
- Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and related services, maintain business and operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention may vary by data type. Account and authentication records may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Auction, lot, image, and workflow content may be retained for operational, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes. Diagnostic logs and analytics may be retained according to our internal retention practices and vendor configurations. Local cached copies on your device may persist until they are overwritten, cleared by the App, removed by the operating system, or deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data we hold about you.
You can also choose whether to grant camera, microphone, and photo/media permissions, revoke permissions later through your device settings, and stop using the App or uninstall it at any time.
If you want to request deletion of your account or data, or if you have privacy questions, please contact us using the contact information below.
- Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These measures may include secure transmission methods, access controls, and secure storage practices. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- International Processing
The App and related services may be operated in the United States and other countries where Amplio or its service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than the place where you live.
- Children's Privacy
Manifest is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the Effective Date above and take other steps as appropriate under applicable law.
