6. How do I register to bid?

8. Can I place proxy bids?

Payment

11. What payment methods are accepted? Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Payment must be made via:

12. When is payment due?

Payment instructions and due dates will be provided to winning bidders. Payment is typically required within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. .

13. Are taxes applicable?

Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation is provided prior to invoicing. Please provide documentation as soon as your winning bid is confirmed to avoid processing delays. 

14. What happens if I do not pay on time?

Failure to remit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale and potential bidding restrictions in accordance with Bidspotter’s policy.

Removal, Shipping & Logistics

15. Do you provide shipping?

Shipping, rigging, crating, and transportation are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend a designated truck for picking up lots won. Logistics booked as LTL (Less than Truck Load) are subject to rejection by the trucking operator at their discretion.

16. Do you provide a list of riggers or logistics vendors?

Yes, we have preferred vendors we work with for auction logistic management. Once payment has been received in full, we will provide a list of preferred vendors for rigging and crating.

17. When can items be removed?

18. Can buyers use their own rigger or freight company?

Yes, buyers may use their own qualified vendors, subject to site requirements and scheduling coordination.

19. Are there loading docks or forklifts available?

Site capabilities vary. Buyers should confirm equipment requirements and coordinate with their chosen vendor accordingly.

20. Are items tested or operational?

Unless otherwise stated in the lot description, equipment should be assumed untested. Buyers are encouraged to request additional details prior to auction close.

21. Will you palletize or package items?

Packaging and crating are the buyer’s responsibility. Preferred vendors can assist after payment.

22. Do items include manuals, tooling, or accessories?

Only items specifically listed in the lot description are included in the sale.

Unsold or Abandoned Inventory

23. What happens to unsold inventory?

We review any abandoned or unsold inventory at the discretion of our client.

24. Are negotiated sales allowed after the auction?
