2008 YORK Frick RWB II 676 in Texas, USA

Complete skid-mounted industrial mechanical refrigeration package previously in service as the "East Refrigeration" unit at a major chemical / petrochemical facility. Designed, fabricated, and supplied by Johnson Controls / York Process Systems out of Waynesboro, PA. The unit is engineered to chill a 75% methanol process stream using R-22 refrigerant in a water-cooled, hazardous-area outdoor configuration.

Heavy-duty industrial construction throughout, including ASME-code pressure vessels, insulated process piping with weather jacketing, a Frick rotary screw compressor, a 1,250 HP Siemens medium-voltage induction motor, full instrumentation rack, and a Frick Quantum HD touchscreen control panel.
