Appraisal Terms

Last Updated: October 2025

These Terms govern access to and use of Amplio’s inventory appraisal summary page (the “Appraisal”). By accessing or viewing the Appraisal, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose and Nature of Information

The Appraisal is provided solely for informational and illustrative purposes.
The estimates and figures presented do not constitute a formal valuation, offer, guarantee, or commitment by Amplio.
All information is intended to help the Client understand potential value recovery opportunities and should not be relied upon as financial, accounting, or tax advice.

2. Limitations and Assumptions

The Appraisal relies on data provided by the Client and on Amplio’s proprietary models and market proxies.
These estimates are based on assumptions regarding product condition, demand, and comparable market transactions, which may change over time.
Amplio does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any estimate or projection. Actual results may differ materially.

3. Confidentiality

All information and materials contained in the Appraisal are confidential and proprietary to Amplio.
The Client may not copy, share, or distribute the Appraisal or any portion thereof without Amplio’s prior written consent.
Access is limited to the Client and its authorized representatives for internal evaluation purposes only.

4. No Reliance and Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that the Appraisal is a preliminary and non-binding estimate provided “as is.”
Amplio shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or reliance on the Appraisal.
The Client is responsible for performing its own independent assessments before making any business or financial decisions.

5. Data Usage

Any data shared by the Client with Amplio for purposes of generating the Appraisal will be handled in accordance with Amplio’s data privacy and security practices.
Such data will be used solely for generating insights and estimates related to the Appraisal.

6. Acceptance

By accessing or viewing the Appraisal, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
If the Client does not agree to these Terms, they must refrain from accessing or using the Appraisal.
